Our Commitment to Clients

We provide clients with clear routes for requesting support and giving feedback, including our managed helpdesk, email, dedicated Account Managers and, for many retained clients, direct communication through Slack or Microsoft Teams. Support requirements are logged and managed through our helpdesk so there is a clear record of requests, responses and outcomes.

We actively encourage clients to tell us when something is not working as expected, or where they feel our service or processes could be improved. Issues are reviewed by the relevant account, technical or management team and we aim to resolve problems promptly and fairly. Feedback from support requests, account discussions and ongoing client relationships also helps us identify where we should improve our services and working practices.

Protecting our clients and their data forms an important part of this commitment. We maintain documented policies and processes covering data privacy, data processing, information security and our response to potential data breaches. These are published within our Info Centre via the links above.

Our technical approach includes measures to secure the websites, applications and infrastructure we manage, together with defined processes for responding to security incidents and protecting personal data. We also work with established infrastructure providers including Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud, alongside appropriate access controls, confidentiality requirements and data protection procedures.

We regularly review these processes as our services, technologies and responsibilities to our clients develop.

Artificial Headshots

Over the last few weeks, I have used a headshot I have had generated by AI as my LinkedIn avatar. I have received several comments, the most pertinent being, ‘Is that you Mike?’. Clearly not.
