AWA (Advanced Workplace Associates), a longstanding HUB client, commissioned the development of an application to allow for the tracking of hybrid working behaviour and strategy of companies.

The widely reported Hybrid Working Index is a trusted data review to track the development of hybrid working strategies and office rate attendance over time across the world. The application, which allows for user to track and measure office attendance rates, features Power BI connectivity to allow for the creation of the Index report itself.

The latest iteration of the report features data from 119 offices across the globe, representing more than 150,000 employees operating in 15 sectors and 22 countries. The cumulative data has enabled AWA to create a detailed picture of hybrid working policies and office use across multiple sectors and geographies.
